How do I add another brand to Hype AI?

Easily add and manage multiple brands in Hype AI, each with its own unique workspace. This guide walks you through setting up a new brand, defining its tone of voice, customizing its visual style, and organizing its CustomerDNA and ProductDNA. Keep your content structured and tailored for each brand without overlapping messaging or visuals.

If your company manages multiple brands or operates different branches, you can easily add them to Hype AI. Each brand will function as its own workspace, allowing you to organize content, manage unique brand elements, and ensure consistency across different brand identities.

Having multiple brands in Hype AI gives you:

  • Separate brand descriptions, typography, and customer personas
  • Unique Product DNA for each brand
  • Distinct tone of voice and visual styles

For example, if you manage one brand that is fun and youthful and another that is serious and professional, Hype AI lets you keep separate tone of voice settings and visual styles to match each brand’s identity.

Step 1: Add a New Brand

  1. Hover over your brand icon on the left-hand menu.
  2. Below your existing brands, click Add a Brand.

Step 2: Insert the Brand’s URL

After clicking Add a Brand, you’ll be prompted to enter the brand’s website URL.

  1. Paste the brand’s URL into the provided field.
  2. The AI will pull in thousands of data points from the website to automatically populate brand details.

Step 3: Review and Customize Your Brand DNA

Once the AI imports your brand information, review the details in Brand DNA to ensure accuracy. You can personalize:

  • Brand typography
  • Social media links
  • Slogan and brand messaging

Click Continue, and your updates will be saved automatically.

Step 4: Define Your Brand’s Tone of Voice

The next step is setting up your Tone of Voice.

  • This section allows you to define dos and don’ts for how your brand communicates.
  • Any written content generated in Hype AI will follow these guidelines.

If your brand’s messaging evolves, you can always revisit and tweak these settings later.

Step 5: Set Up Your Brand’s Visual Style

Next, you’ll move into the Visual Style setup, where you can define how your brand should look in AI-generated images.
